Communications is on the hunt for fashion/beauty savvy, bright,
enthusiastic, media-savvy graduates to join us as a graduate intern.
As a graduate intern in Access Communications Singapore office, you'll be given a hands-on role in the operations of a boutique communications & events agency. This experience will be invaluable if you are considering a career in PR or marketing communications.Your role will be to provide administrative support to the PR executives in their daily duties with tasks including collaborating on research projects, report generation and maintenance as well as general office tasks. In short you'll have to be independent, resourceful and street-smart. We are looking for folks lots of positive energy and a great attitude.
Some tasks examples
Write a press release/formulate a media alert
Pitch to the media
Deliver a sample
Clean up a media list
Buy coffee during the interview
Prepare an event proposal
Source for suppliers
Fluency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates) is essential. You should be interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and social media
You should also be savvy with PC MS Word, MS Excel and Photoshop
The candidate will be closely evaluated to be offered a permanent role and career with the company.
