Job Description
As an intern, you will be exposed to our entry-level analyst job scope particularly the Research function. You will be involved in various project activities assisting consultants and senior consultants in the following areas:
- Design and conduct of qualitative research including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observational techniques
- Design and conduct of quantitative research including design, sampling, data collection, and analyses
- Provide support in the planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative research (e.g. data collection, data verification & cleansing)
- Deliver research results, implications, and suggested action plans based on the research results and other available information which may include appropriate structural, processes and organisational development interventions
