8th Wave Events & Destinations organizes and manages conferences and incentive events across Asia Pacific. We offer full-services to our corporate clients, from pre-event booking, registration and concept consultancy to on-site management of logistics, offsite activities and diners as well as conference management.

We are looking for an intern, with immediate effect, to assist with the management of an event microsite and edm's. The scope would involve the update of the microsite agenda, sponsor and speaker information, as it becomes available, the inclusion of new content information into a edm template using the mailchimp system and management of the response analytics of these 2 items.

Ability to create new collateral designs, based on existing creatives would be a definite bonus.

We are looking for a team player, who enjoys a creative environment. IT technical skills are an obvious pre-requisite. Good language skills and previous work with conference or registration sites are an advantage.
