Job Description: 8th Wave Events & Destinations manages conferences and incentive programs all over Asia Pacific for corporate clients. We offer full services to our corporate clients, including pre-event consultancy services, on-site event management including hotel management, team building, gala dinners, off site activities and tours.

We are currently looking for 2 or more interns to help with confirmed conference projects in Singapore. The scope of work would involve delegate registration management, sponsorship management, tele-calling to delegates to confirm registrations, speaker management in retrieving synopsis and bios, and assisting to manage the actual conference.

In addition to this, there will be opportunities to work with us on submitting proposals and organizing a number of overseas projects.

We are looking for multi-taskers who enjoy working in a creative and open office environment. Strong communication skills, organizational skills and computer literacy are important. Familiarity with edm and website management and updating via mailchimp and wordpress are a very strong bonus.
