Due to rapid growth of the company, a vacancy has arisen for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for acquiring and managing partnership with designated countries. This will involve implementing strategies and processes to develop relationships with key decision makers to open up new markets for the company via means of networking, client profiling and where relevant, cold calling.
This position is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Acquire, grow and manage relationships with a portfolio of partnerships within the travel industry and beyond;
Design and manage new marathon packaged tours in new countries;
Provide support and account management so as to achieve sales growth and maximise revenue generating opportunities
Continuously analyse market and performance, trends and the competition to formulate actionable insights and understand business drivers
Desired Skills and Experience:
Possessed experience in business development, sales or marketing with background in strategic sales and in complex contracts negotiation experience
Ability to communicate value proposition to potential partners at senior levels
Analytical, numerical and problem solving skills; understands and utilizes data and metrics relevant to role
Fluence in both oral and written English and Chinese language skill
Able to think and work independently, communicate efficiently and effectively
Available to travel frequently
Experienced in ecommerce or online travel channels is a plus
Passionate about travel or marathon is a plus
