Job Description

HR Duties

  • Screen resumes
  • Arrange and conduct interviews
  • Assist in the processing of orders and delivery & prepare invoices
  • Conduct trial tasks
  • Act as a liaison with Weili and in-house/outsourced staff
  • Check emails daily (keeping up to date on emails & handle any additional situations as needed)
  • Any adhoc duties

Office Duties
  • Gather information for comparison, for purchase of goods and services
  • Fill in forms
  • Make reservations
  • Tabulate expenses
  • Manage email

Job Requirements
  • Keen/willing to pick up new skills
  • A can-do work attitude and pleasant personality
  • Enthusiastic with a sense of ownership
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to multi-task & work under pressure meeting deadlines

Position open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
