Job Description
We are seeking a part time intern or individual to assist with human resource, office and personal assistant duties.
HR Duties
Screen resumes
Arrange and conduct interviews
Conduct trial tasks
Act as a liaison with consultants and in-house/outsourced staff
Check emails daily (keeping up to date on emails & handle any additional situations as needed)
Any adhoc duties
Office Duties
Gather information for purchases
Make reservations
Tabulate expenses
Manage email
Personal Assistant
Manage calendar
Make reservations (meeting areas, travel logistics, etc)
Arrange meetings
Any adhoc duties
Job Requirements
Keen/willing to pick up new skills and learn
A can-do work attitude and pleasant personality
Enthusiastic with a sense of ownership
Possess excellent written English, comfortable and fluent in spoken English
Excellent internet research skills and data organization skills would be ideal
Able to use Microsoft word, MS Excel, MS powerpoint software independently
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Position open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only.
Comprehensive unpaid training will be provided for selected candidates
