- Job Description
- This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of commercial printing customers, this included, but is not limited to developing new sales leads, communicating with current customers, and ensuring that the needs of our commercial printing customers are being met.Job Requirements
The incumbent develops, in conjunction with the General Manager, sales goals and targets for commercial work to be brought into 2B Printing and monitors performance to sales targets. Liaison between graphic designers and customer addressing improvement opportunities, new product development, and other related customer satisfaction opportunities.- Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge & experience selling within printing business and/or corporate gifts
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial printing customer relationships
- Ability to sell Commercial printing products in line with 2B's ability to produce
- Ability to rush as needed to successfully develop and maintain customer relationships
