- Liaising with management office on office related issues and rectifying them
- Manage office supplies, including purchases such as pantry, water, stationeries and equipments
- Assist team's expense claims, travel and accommodation booking
- Assist team in coordinating and planning for internal events
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and events
- Data Entry and filing of documents
- Any other adhoc duties that is assigned
- GCE 'A'/Diploma
- Good time management
- Good team player
- Sense of urgency
- Takes initiative to fix issues
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Meticulous and organised
- 1 year of relevant experience will be an added advantage
