Job Description
Business Analysts (BA) at 10EQS are energetic, highly-motivated students or young professionals interested in working online with global teams on interesting consulting projects throughout a large number of industries.
Your responsibilities will range from coordinating research to collaborating with an experienced online Engagement Manager (EM), other engagement team members, subject matter experts and researchers “in the cloud” to develop and deliver high quality results to our clients. At 10EQS, the BA plays very important role supporting the EM in building the client deliverable. Knowledge and work experience in specific industries and functions are not a must though helpful, while your problem structuring, solving, and synthesis skills along with coordination abilities will likely be the critical success factors. Time commitment varies depending on the project and your availability, typically between 50% and 100% per project.
As a BA, you will use the 10EQS platform and an evolving set of tools and approaches to successfully work on engagements. 10EQS is rapidly growing and we are looking for self-starters who have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven by innovation to help us revolutionize how global expertise is harnessed.

For a current project, we require native speakers of Indonesian Bahasa. Candidates fluent in Bahasa only need apply.
Desired Skills & Experience
Business degree/Business experience.
Fluent in English (oral and written),very good knowledge of MS Office.
Fluency in Indonesia Bahasa
Very good problem structuring, solving,synthesis skills along with coordination abilities.
Experience from any industry or function is helpful but not required.
Financial modeling skills is an advantage.
As we are an online knowledge platform,a high-speed broadband and access to Skype is required for this position.
