Responsibilities
. Answer customer inquiries using Zendesk tickets and Zopim live chat
· Troubleshoot L1 - L2 machine issues keeping replacement at a minimum
· Liaise with the engineering team to identify new solutions for L3 machine defects
· Document solutions to improve existing support manuals
· Train new staff in standard operating procedures
Requirements
. Minimum 1 year technical remote customer service experience
· Experience serving customers using Zendesk or comparable CRM software
· Able to identify technical root causes using keen listening and probing questions
· Adept at reading, writing and interpreting technical documentation manuals
· Willing to work varying shifts as per company needs
