· Monitoring of social media sites, alerts, blogs, and creating banners/posts or related topics to upload; researching and coordinating the appropriate response in a timely, effective manner.
· Participation in online conversations, personifying the brand in a positive, helpful light by listening to users, being sensitive to hot button topics and issues, and providing a solution whenever possible.
· Manage and monitor existing social media account – Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.
· Research on related topics, posting new content for key user audiences to maintain a positive, relevant presence for the brand.
· Conduct research and analysis of new social media trends, sites, tools, and news.
Requirements:· Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication, Marketing, Finance or equivalent
· Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
· Proficienct in Excel
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Available for a period of minimum 3 to 6 months
· Proficiency in HTML is a plus
