POSITION SUMMARY
The Intern under Test will be a member of the Quality Assurance and Automation Team and will report directly to a QA Manager. The position will be based in Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review and approve design and architecture changes on the automation framework and applications
· Responsible for the managed services of current and new vendors in the form interacting with a team of engineers to develop, support and maintain automation framework of retail online applications
· Review and implement build release in QA environment and their impacts to different vendors shops
· Perform routine and in-depth analysis of issues to effectively support the technology team in their timely resolution
· Ensure adequate documentation of all client deliverables as per standards
· Ensure deliveries meet client expectations through periodic internal interaction sessions in the form of meetings and conferences
· Provide inputs towards development processes and goals. This includes driving and facilitating discussions and decision making
· Work closely with Zalora Development Team to adopt standard tools and align practices.
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Well versed in scripting languages like Java, JUnit and C++, Rspec or Python
· Should be well versed in DB scripting and understanding of complex queries and store procedures in Postgresql/ Oracle
· Should have be experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting and also Linux OS environment
· Should be well versed with version controls like Git or SVN
· Ability to maintain and automate the use cases during the agile development process
DESIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with mobile testing mobile web or mobile apps on IOS and Android Platforms

· Demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes and procedures, identify opportunities for refinement, and drive efficiencies
· Strong teamwork skills and excellent collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with inter-disciplinary groups
