Job Description
ZALORA is the leading internet startup which is rapidly expanding in Southeast Asia. We are currently in 8 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Hongkong). ZALORA.sg (www.zalora.sg)is one of the fastest growing e-commerce fashion retailer in Singapore! We are looking for passionate people to join us and change the e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia.

This role is mainly responsible for improving onsite performance by driving conversion and improving customer experience. This is done through systematically and continuously search for opportunities for our website to improve performance.

Job tasks:
1. Analyze company internal and external data using leading analytics tools
2. Develop strategies and tactics to improve based on the data we analyze
3. Conduct live experiments to test our hypotheses on our website using latest A/B testing technology
4. Set up specific reports to reliably measure the impact of the changes we make by defining and
monitoring the relevant KPIs
Job Requirement:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of Macros and VBA is strong plus
- Good understanding of database structures
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- High ambition to improve and develop your skills
- You take joy in solving analytical conundrums
- Comfortable with numbers and able to reorganize them in a meaningful way
- Ability to extract information from data and translate them into action
- You are open, flexible, and motivated to perform on a high level
- Experience in web-analytics, consulting,investment banking, or product management in an online
environment is a plus
- Good knowledge of Power Pivot, HTML and CSS (optional)
