THE ROLE
ZALORA is looking for a creative, analytical, and driven individual to join our mobile marketing team as a Mobile Marketing INTERN. This position will be responsible for developing creative and innovative solutions for driving user acquisition of our ZALORA mobile titles, primarily focused on our ZALORA app. The role will report to the Regional Mobile Marketing Manager.
This role will lead paid and organic acquisition marketing efforts to achieve KPIs including customer acquisitions, CPA, LTV, and ultimately revenue. Creative concepts, Market strategy, Testing and constant analytic analysis will be an on-going responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Grow the number of active users for our mobile properties Apps across IOS and Android.
· Monitor our users on an active basis and provide regular reporting on results
· Ensure implementation of best in class UA campaign strategies
· Perform experiments, testing and analysis of multiple channels and approaches for UA
· Ensure achievement of specific KPI goals e.g. unit downloads, chart position, CPI, DAU, etc
· Further ZALORA’s position as an innovator and leader in mobile business apps
· Continue to extend ZALORA’s ground-breaking mobile vision, with inspiring and disruptive marketing that showcases our mobile innovation and thought leadership
· Monitor competitive UA strategies and mobile products to help drive strategic direction for our mobile strategy
REQUIREMENTS
· Undergrad or Grad degree in marketing or analytic disciplines
· Background or passion for fashion, new media & technology
· Strong analytical skills and facility with Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, Google Analytics and Adjust tracking
· Fluency in English a must
· Display, SEM, Facebook marketing experience a plus
· Innovative and creative
· Ability to speak and present confidently and self-assuredly to C level executives
