Zalora – Marketplace Intern (SRM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the Regional Marketplace team and support in the daily activities for Seller Development and Relationship Management.

Project support including, but not limited to:

·  Content research and production for Seller Relationship Management (SRM) campaigns and training materials

· Assist in building and managing Seller Account Management tracking files

·  Assist with Key Performance Indicators Reports

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·  Candidate should display remarkable intelligence and an ability to learn fast on the job

·  Strong communication skills is a must

·  Ability to deliver quality results whilst working in a challenging and ever-changing environment

·  Having a strong passion for fashion and keen eye for design is a must

·  Ability to plan, work to a structured timetable and be focused on deliverables

·  Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·  Strong in copywriting

·  Fair knowledge of Photoshop

·  Fair knowledge of video production and editing skills

·  Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
