Job Description
  • Assist in liaising with different departments from time to time for on boarding and off boarding processes.
  • Assist in arranging interviews, booking of meeting rooms and liaising with candidates
  • Update employees’ data regularly and accurately in the system.
  • Draft & prepare letters and correspondence relating to Employment, Confirmation, Transfer, Termination, Rejection, Resignation Acceptance and any other required correspondences.
  • Filing of documents in employees P-Files on regular basis.
  • Assist in leave management.
  • Act as the point of contact for employees’ queries and requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable with handling paperwork
  • Experience in HR/Administrative is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Meticulous and able to handle large amount of data
  • Should be detail oriented, organised, pro-active & independent
