- Assist in liaising with different departments from time to time for on boarding and off boarding processes.
- Assist in arranging interviews, booking of meeting rooms and liaising with candidates
- Update employees’ data regularly and accurately in the system.
- Draft & prepare letters and correspondence relating to Employment, Confirmation, Transfer, Termination, Rejection, Resignation Acceptance and any other required correspondences.
- Filing of documents in employees P-Files on regular basis.
- Assist in leave management.
- Act as the point of contact for employees’ queries and requests.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable with handling paperwork
- Experience in HR/Administrative is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous and able to handle large amount of data
- Should be detail oriented, organised, pro-active & independent
