Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Audit of P-Files & ensure compliance.
• Leave management & creating data reports.
• Assist with ongoing projects and daily activities in the HR Department.
• Provide support in On-boarding for New Joiners & Off boarding for leavers.
• Provide support in coordinating training for employees
• Preparing monthly/weekly HR reports and analytics required
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Microsoft excel
• The ability to multitask and prioritize activities in a demanding environment
• Effective written and oral communications skills
• Interest in HR and Retail preferred
• Be able to be part of a team
