Human Resource Intern - We are seeking an Intern who is internet savvy and can assist our Learning and Development Department (Human Resources). This person needs to be a creative thinker, pro-active and be able to multitask numerous projects.

Responsibilities:

•Track the training budgets for local training programmes (Leadership Excellence Accelerated Program (LEAP), Accelerated Development Programme (ADP), Sales Cycle Training, YSM Reseller Sales Training)

•Assist in the vendor contract negotiation process (ALTOEE, Intuition, AsiaLEAP)

•Liaise with the various stakeholders (Legal, HR, Procurement, Finance) involved to ensure that Yahoo! SEA’s interests are kept

•In charge of the execution and logistics of the training programmes (Guest and Participant accommodation, Couriering Documents, Venue Booking, Refreshments, Pre-module Preparation, Post-module follow-up)

•Follow up on payment to the vendors, via the procurement process

•Keep track of the current progress of training programmes on a month-by-month basis in a working report

•In charge of the general administration pertaining to L&D (participant list compilation, date planning, general coordination etc)

•Assists manager on day-to-day aspects of L&D

•Support HR Learning and Development in roll out of overall programs across SEA

•Administer the program process to ensure that meetings and events are delivered effectively and efficiently

•Ensure effective and efficient communications are maintained to all stakeholders and participants

•Help implement programs which foster sound employee relations and increase employee engagement

•Outgoing personality

•Be able to confidently speak over the phone and have an interest in Human Resources
