As an intern, you will work closely with our team of IT professionals and be exposed to areas such as software,hardware,network troubleshooting and maintenance.
Your duties includes the following:
•To provide level 1 support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, Servers, Network issues.
•To provide system administration and maintenance support for Windows 2003/2008 servers, ideal if can support Exchange 2003 servers.
