This unique opportunity which you will see below will combine all learned on University subjects, hands-on attitude, multiple internship experinces, project management office into 12 months of intensive project where you will be guided by experienced Project Managers and company management to implement ERP solution in Singapore, Thailand and rest of the region.
Position Summary:
The IT Intern for ERP Project primary objective is helping businesses to implement IT business solution in Singapore. Position will require performance of preliminary assessment of current computing environment, performance of system upgrades to facilitate implementation of new applications.
IT Intern will take on exciting opportunity of cooperation with IT Project Team and selected IT system vendors on planning, mapping, designing, deploying and optimizing new IT business solution including ERP, MRP, POS and CRM within 1 year in Singapore with cooperation and possible travelling to Thailand for Project Management Office meetings.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct preliminary assessment of current software and perform necessary upgrades to meet new system requirements
· Be involved in implementation of POS, HRMS, CRM and ERP in Singapore
· Facilitate communication between Thailand Project Team and Singapore Project Team
· Support Training department with IT system training manuals and technical support
· Support Singapore operation in implementation of IT governance and control points
· Is willing to learn in detail ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS computing environment and architecture to further train and coach IT support and Key User team.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Microsoft .Net language required, Must be a last year IT student or recent graduate
· Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related filed
· Some experience in business application including ERP, MRP, CRM, SCM
· Some experience in designing and implementing business application infrastructure and integration
· Must be aware of F&B or Retail Industry and its technological requirements
· Analytical & technically skills – ability to understand and solve IT problems
· Able to work under pressure and in dynamic environment
· Ability to work independently and proactively
· Ready to work over weekends and travel across region during project peak periods
· Looking for exciting 12 months of active project environment
· Knowledge in ERP, SAP Business Objects, Crystal Reports, .NET, HTML 5, will be an advantage
