Job Description
Business-Development has become one of the widely-demanded role in any organization - SME to MNC. At White Ocean Group, we offer a good opportunity for interns to gain the much needed insight on the engagement and growth of a Financial Services Agency representing a world-renowned MNC who extends their services throughout the business spectrum, especially SMEs - their main target market.

White Ocean Group is looking for interns who are interested to know more about the fundamentals of business-development (including sales and marketing). As an intern, you will be given opportunities to identify and engage the market and learn the basic essentials of business-development and sales-processes of a financial-services company.

Learn From the Big Guys 

As a Business-Development Intern, you will be the back-bone of our highly-experienced Business-Development Executives and Managers. You will focus on primary business-development roles such as:

1. Prospecting
2. Appointment Scheduling
3. Customer Service and Retention
4. Rapport Building
5. Policy Administration

Please note that you will not be engaging prospects or clients face-to-face. At the end of the internship, you will be given an opportunity to follow the footsteps of high-earning financial planners - attaining the much needed skills on how you can make this industry your career. 

Selected candidates for the internship will be considered for further personal and career development opportunities. 

You will be paid a basic salary with incentives upon quality effort.
