We are looking for applicants who are pleasant and polite with
a customer oriented attitude, Strong team player
with excellent organizational and administrative skills,
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, Willing to learn and
able to multi-task and lastly, proficient in MS
Office skills, especially MS Excel.
Answer call in inquiries
Manage and resolve customer’s complaints
Provide customers with service and products information
Assist with membership application system
Enter new customers information into system
Update existing customers information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route call to appropriate resources
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
