Vanitee is a venture backed company with at least 1-2 rounds of fund raising every year.
Your job is to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of our accounts prior to each fund raising efforts. And ensure our yearly audits are carried out within 90 days. Our transactions are clean and simple, so we usually do not have any issues with our Auditors and their audit typically takes between 30-60 days.
Our transactions are almost entirely online and you can easily retrieve them from our system and input the necessary items into Quickbooks. Almost all revenues are recognized via credit card transactions and we have a proper system to track all credit card transactions.
The bulk of our expenditure is in manpower, thus your expenses list should be quite easy to manage. Team size is currently about 10 full time and about 3-6 interns at any one time.
- have solid experience in full set of account
- liase with auditor to get our audited accounts out within 90 days
- knows how to claim PIC
- knows how to file IR8A filing
- can manage monthly closing by himself/herself
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel (to handle data from quickbooks)
Basic Administrative Work in relation to employment contracts, CPF Filing, PIC application, IR8A filing and other associated tasks will be added to your full set accountancy role.
