Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Handle programming aspects of Toy Factory’s productions

• Responsible for corporate & school show bookings 

• Assist Show Producer to manage the productions

• Work closely with Marketing Team to achieve & exceed overall company’s sales target

• Builds good rapport & understands the client’s needs

• Coordinate outdoor events (eg. Road shows & other promotional activities)

• Manage Front-Of-House show ticketing

Requirements : 

• A recognised Degree/Diploma in Arts Management/Marketing/Mass Communications 

• Resourceful with good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills 

• Meticulous, driven, and result oriented 

• A team player with ability to work independently 

• Excellent communicator in both written & verbal English (Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage) 

• Outstanding organisational & multi-tasking skills

• Proficient in MS Office skills (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) 

• Warm personality and possess self-initiative & enthusiasm for the booming arts industry
