Toy Factory Productions, the theatre company that brought you phenomenal productions like December Rains, 881 The Musical and EQUUS, is looking for freelance or part-time production and/or stage manager for our theatrical season 2012 and 2013.

Production and/or Stage managers typically provide practical and organizational support to the director, actors, designers, stage crew and technicians throughout the production process.

Requirement:

* Excellent communication and organizational skills;

* A sharp eye for detail;

* A sense of humor and the ability to stay calm in a crisis;

* People skills: persuasiveness, patience, tact and the ability to deal with 'artistic temperaments';

* Computer skills and awareness of current technologies;

* The ability to work under pressure, especially in the run-up to a performance;

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet;

* Confidence, decision-making ability and negotiation skills;

* Stamina, to cope with long hours during technical and dress rehearsals, and for touring.

* Experienced candidates are preferred.

* Able to commit to performance schedule from now till end of June 2012.
