Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
a. Ability to execute event themes for consumer engagement effectively
b. Responsible for acquiring, sourcing and managing the procurement of all event logistics and administer the cost and expenditure within the allocated budget
c. Coordinate and finalise event-related arrangements with suppliers, contractors and partners
d. Maintain project timelines and guidelines to ensure event deliverables are on track
e. Solicit, manage and engage event partners, assist in planning and coordinating tradeshows, seminars and roadshows
f. Able to coordinate marketing programs and workshops or seminars independently
