We’re looking for a driven and passionate individual to join the team as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This role is good for anyone who wants to learn entrepreneurship hands on.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Report directly to the CEO & Founder - complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings, planning, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and other departments across all regional offices.
Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately - have a good sense for the issues taking place across all regional offices and keeping the CEO updated.
Handles critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Skills and Requirements:
Graduate with a strong academic track record, preferably majoring in business.
Exceptionally capable in the English Language
Articulate and able to clearly express their views and opinions with the team.
Meticulous - must have exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Exude passion for your work! We want highly motivated individuals who will take initiative
Enthusiastic and comfortable on major social media platforms
Positive, energetic, outgoing personality with attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are a plus
