About the role
We are looking for Super Interns to join us and help us grow FeastBump and FeastBump for Business. This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of FeastBump to up against the international giant players. With this role, you’ll join a small team with an ability to make a big impact. We need creative and strategic thinkers and hustlers who can execute with speed, quality and confidence.
You'll be launching and managing programs that drive growth for FeastBump and FeastBump for Business, through B2B partnerships, channel marketing efforts, customer support, and data analysis. The right candidate will be a collaborative team player with great passion for food, startup, business development and marketing.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Business Development Manager in executing development plan and initiatives to acquire and retain Business accounts for FeastBump;
Build and manage partnerships that align with our goals in the Enterprise space;
Working closely with F&B merchant partners to craft and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales, conversion and retention;
Dive deep into the numbers to propose data-driven business development & marketing plans consistently exceed revenue targets and company goals;
Be the front-line support representative to provide world-class support to our community of users;
Be a passionate advocate for all customers and F&B merchant partners and confidently answer any questions that come your way in a high stress, fast moving environment;
Listen attentively to the voice of FeastBump’s community and potential customers and provide feedback to the rest of the company;
Any additional assignments as directed by the Company
Requirements
Good communication and conceptual skills, sharp sense of numbers
Ability to think on feet and learn fast
Positive attitude with a hunger for learning
Self-driven and able work well in a team
Be familiar with / Be interested in the Food & Beverage industry in Singapore
