Job Description
School is boring, right? If you have plenty of time which you think could be better spent, you might have found a most fulfilling time-killer. To satisfy your entrepreneurial needs and to embellish yourself with a life outside of school, you could consider this exciting opportunity. The Noteway designs and prints totes, shirts, hoodies, notebooks and many other products, and they are looking for a stay-home intern to act as their Marketing and Operations Manager!
This is a stay at home internship for students with a passion for entrepreneurship. You will be the marketing and operations manager of The Noteway, actively growing our social presence on Facebook and Instagram. You will also be tasked to handle the operations of The Noteway from liaising with customers and suppliers via email to sourcing for new leads and meeting potential clients to secure deals.
Your Task
Skills can be learnt with continual practice within a short period of time. But attitude and passion can't. Which is why, as long as you are passionate, hungry and willing to learn and grow with us, we want you! Your daily job scope will not be routine but will typically comprise of most of the following:
Liaising with customers and suppliers of The Noteway. This liaison will be carried out through phone calls and emails.
Growing the social media presence of The Noteway by making intriguing posts on social media platforms like Facebook.
Management of The Noteway blog and Social Media. You will be responsible for content creation and raising awareness for the brand in interesting ways!
Meeting up with potential clients and partners to secure partnerships and deals. This will apply for bulk orders and convincing potential clients/partners that Noteway is every bit as awesome as we claim.
Content writing and Designing (Optional). If you can design and write creatively, it will be a huge bonus as you will be able to enhance your social media/content management responsibilities.
In other words, you will be directly responsible for our customer growth and satisfaction. And you will be working directly with the co-founders of The Noteway!
