The Centre Manager position is for The City Interactive Children's Playground based in the East Coast of Singapore .
The Centre Manager is a key position within the business and will be in-charge of the day to day operations and efficiency of the playground.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing and managing the day to day operations of The City Creative Playground,
Dealing with Clients to ensure highest level customer service is delivered
Scheduling and follow-up of various events organized at The City Creative Playground,
Scheduling and efficient management of playground assistants,
Managing the cleanliness and efficiency of the centre,
Managing the stock and inventory items,
Facilitating guided activities and programs together with The City team,
Developing and presenting proposals for adding value to The City client experience , in-line with The City Brand and concept.
Developing initiatives to ensure high level of staff motivation and retention.
Requirements
Posses excellent communication skills,
Good leadership qualities with the ability to teach and motivate staff,
Service-oriented individual with a passion for working with children,
High level of problem solving skills,
Education related certification is an added advantage.
Previous relevant experience in working with children is an advantage.
