The Student Recruitment and Marketing Ninja will be responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy in conjunction with the CEO. You will need to have market intelligence and be able to provide relevant advice and guidance to the CEO, COO and Marketing Director. Your role will include promoting and raising awareness of The Change School’s programs with internal and external interest groups in organising events and going to external events to represent The Change School. This role requires you to contribute to the enrolment of students that are culturally, ethnically, economically, geographically and socially diverse as possible.
Major Duties
Recruitment - Enhance existing / develop new relationships with universities, colleges and other organisations where applicants are to be found. Help to drive potential applicants to Open Office Hour Sessions.
Outreach to relevant online channels where applicants are to be found.
Take a lead role in developing and implementing the faculty’s marketing and student recruitment strategy to support the faculty’s strategic objectives with a particular focus on the Residency and Change GYM programs.
Systematically gather market intelligence and conduct any relevant market research, share and disseminating findings across the faculty.
Develop a network of relevant marketing contacts within and outside of the School and use this network to inform the development of the School’s activity.
Work in parallel with the Marketing Director to manage the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials and liaise accordingly with relevant suppliers.
