The Position

As a Marketing Intern at The Bamboo Group you will have the following responsibilities:

-       To design and execute marketing material for our properties, targeting F&B operators, commercial and residential tenants. This includes marketing decks and flyers to be distributed.

-       To build our database by researching (desk and exploration) Singapore’s established F&B, retail and specialty operators.

-       To be involved in the development of the different businesses, which will give you the opportunity to work with project managers, architects, interior designers and branding teams.

-       To showcase and liaise with potential clients/ property agents regarding our properties.

-       To post and update property listings on marketing sites.

Requirements

The Bamboo Group is a successful startup company that will introduce you to the world of young and driven entrepreneurs.

You will be required to be highly independent and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to be a highly motivated self-starter. In addition to:

-       Fluency in current graphic software including Photoshop and Illustrator

-       Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

-       Advanced internet research capabilities and resourcefulness

-       Strong verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media.

-       Amiable personality and a team player

-       Basic knowledge in real estate

-       Well organized with strong customer-service, writing and presentation skills
