ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
The Affiniti is a strategic brand communications agency dedicated to creating unique and involving brand experiences through the application of strategic thinking, and the innovation of a brand's communication architecture.
With a highly creative and multi-disciplined team that's dedicated to the pursuant of strong client-centric relationships; we've designed and developed highly-effective and intuitive communications program to help good brands connect better with their customers. Building meaningful interactions that deliver enhanced brand equity through traditional and non-traditional media platforms.
INTERNSHIP JOB DESCRIPTION
This position would entail working at our Singapore office (address as above) as part of the design team to help research and investigate client briefs, generate creative concepts, and develop these into working designs. This is not your average internship; you will play an active role as part of a fast paced creative team.
INTERNSHIP JOB REQUIREMENTS
An individual that's creative-driven, possesses an uncanny eye for design and is able to conceptualize exciting visual executions that is coupled with a sound understanding of branding principles as well as marketing strategies. This position will require a student who is technically competent and is comfortable working as a team or individually. On a day to day basis, engaging in creative discussion sessions and individually brainstorm for ways to communicate ideas visually.
In terms of specific competencies, the following would be considered essential:
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas visually
- Strong software knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of InDesign and Dreamweaver
In addition to the above requirements, any web (Flash, jquery, wordpess) knowledge is a bonus. Additionally, the candidate should be able to learn quickly and work enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment.
WORK HOURS AND PAY
1000 – 1800 hrs daily, Monday - Friday
The monthly allowance for this position is S$450 per month.
