The candidate is required to do the following:
1. Community Building and PR activities
a. To build up an online community for World Vaccine Congress and other fringe events (stem Cells, Asia Antibody) via the following social media channels
i. Linked in
ii. Twitter
iii. Weibo (if possible)
iv. Blog
2. Media outreach programme
a. To build up a solid contact network of media and press partners for the events.
i. Event partners to collaborate on blogs or articles
ii. Event partners to contribute white papers
iii. Random work such as event listings etc or writing press releases to increase search for event
3. SEO Optimisation
a. To set up campaigns via google and linked in to help up SEO optimization of event
b. Periodically tweak and monitor web visits to event websites to make sure SEO is optimized
4. Copywriting and content generation
a. To demonstrate adequate writing skills and research skills to find right topic for each conference and generate ebooks for inbound generation campaign
b. To do blogging for the event
5. Associations outreach programme
a. To build up a solid contact network of association partners for the events.
i. Association partners to co-promote event to their members
ii. Association partners to be possibly involved in the programme
The candidate should be able to write well and do research independently. He/She should also be resourceful to require minimal supervision. Trainings/briefings will be given to ensure candidate will have the knowledge of each event to be able to execute the above tasks competently.
