Job Description

-        Handle full spectrum of secretarial works related to HR functions.

-        Coordinate & schedule meetings, travel arrangements & hotel accommodations, minutes taking, drafting letters, and preparation of correspondences, reports and business related memos, plans, presentations etc.

-  Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, teleconferences, and travel.

-        Organize and maintain efficient filing system for easy reference.

-        Responsible for maintaining reports and files, deal with paper works that related to job applications, current employees and policies.

-        Coordination with other departments to ensure information and procedures updated and compiled.

-        Manage the department budget.

-        Perform secretarial duties as required (trips, expense etc) for the department.

-        Coordinate events and related trips of any regional team members.

-   May involve produce information by inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics.

-        Define, create and disseminate reports, presentations etc.
