Job Description
We are looking for a self-starter Business Analyst/Project Co-ordinator to analyse requirements, document and manage execution of enterprise solutions. We are solving hard problems and you will often face exciting, even daunting, challenges. You will be managing logistics solutions so project/work experience in the field of logistics is beneficial.
To succeed in this role, you must have good time-management skills and able to adjust to change quickly as we are a fast moving and growing company.
Candidate must meet the below:
• Strong and assertive communication skills with good relationship/negotiation skills. Able to present with confidence and finesse to client.
• Very strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Strong business analysis skills – able to understand client’s needs to prepare mock screen design, prototype and FRS/BRS documents
• Able to converse and project manage multicultural offshore development team and own up project delivery with tight deadlines
• Software testing: Test software and mark compliance/non-compliance to functional specification/requirements documents
• Assist in data verification and massaging, IT/Developer background with database SQL skills preferred
• Candidates with experience in Logistics domain preferred
• Leadership, mentoring or sales experience is a plus
