Job Description
  • Resource Management & Staffing
    -- Staffing of open requirements.
    -- Managing employees on bench(associates not mapped to any assignments/associates  finishing their assignments) and mapping them to available assignments in Singapore and across Asia Pacific/Other geo.
    -- Managing employee project allocations across Asia Pacific and ensuring maximum resource utilization
    -- Assisting Resource Management team in managing open positions including sourcing, scheduling interviews and performing first-level screening

  • Skill Database
    -- Management of employee skill-set database including data collection and data analysis

  • Reporting
    -Preparing headcount reports for Singapore/ APAC countries

  • Management of Contract Employees
    - Management of contract employees including managing employees’ records, documentation and filing.
    - Preparation of Knowledge Transfer document for Contract Employees’ recruitment process/Induction process.
