Tag Team – Events Management Intern (Laser Tag & Archery Tag)

Responsibilities:
• Being the Chief Facilitator in laser tag, archery tag and teambuilding events
• Takes charge of the entire event - conducts briefing, coordinating event flow, bringing up the energy level of the participants, motivates the participants, psyche them up, teach the team members how to play better – techniques, strategies, team tactics, etc
• Does logistics check before and after event
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Assists in marketing of events and services
• Assists in event management planning, coordination and management

• Takes charge of the Reception Counter at our premises
• Assists in outdoor experiential learning training materials

On-the-job training will be provided. Part-timers are welcome.

Students with past experiences below would be preferred (but not necessary):
Organizing school events/camps
Facilitating groups of children/teens/adults
Prior knowledge/interest in paintball/laser tag/archery
