Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Supporting research related events programs
• Coordinating with speakers and moderators
• Engaging bankers on the phone and through emails
• Managing and maintaining databases (using Excel)
• Interacting opportunities with big players in the financial market
Requirements:
• Completion/pursuit of a relevant bachelor's degree
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work independently under the guidance of our analysts
• Strong command of English (oral/written) is mandatory, other languages are an advantage or Chinese speakers preferred
• Comfortable with cold-calling.
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and team work skills.
• Marketing or public relations background preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Commitment of at least three to six months internship on a full time basis (five day week from 900-1800 hours).
