Job Description
Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Co. Pte Ltd (SSMC) is a joint venture of NXP B.V (NXP) and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).
SSMC is in the advanced semiconductor foundry business with an investment of over $2 billion. SSMC supplies a large volume of strategic and customized integrated circuit to the global market for a wide range of applications - telecommunications, information technology, multi-media, digital consumer electronic and many more.
Requirement: University Intern with Specialisation in Business (HRM) f
Period: 6 months internship.
Working Hours: 5 days work week (8.30am - 6pm)
Description:
You will be working closely with the HR Partners (Recruitment) on:
Resume Screening / Profiling
Inteview Arrangement
Career Fairs / Walk In Interview
Management of our TRM Portal (uploading of resumes)
Work Pass Matters (New Application / Renewal / Dependent Pass)
Orientation for New Hires
Checking on New Hires Medical Status
Opening / Closing of Employees' Personal Files
Any other ad hoc HR projects
This will be a good opportunity to be expose & to learn hands-on HR related matters.
