Our travel and leisure site www.sunshinenation.com should become the central hub for every young open minded traveller living and working in South East Asia.

Currently we focus on The Sail Spin, www.thesailspin.com a flotilla sailing event in the Andaman Sea, Thailand where up to 15 yachts of all sizes sail together along the beautiful coast of Phuket. During the day, guests relax on the deck, kayak, discover hidden caves, snorkel or lay by the beach at our hand-picked beach resorts. At night, the sound and light of our exclusive beach parties bring the guests from all the yachts together for unforgettable memories

About the job – Online and Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and highly creative individual to help our team in Singapore propel the Sunshine Nation and its star product, The Sail Spin, into fame.

The successful candidate will:

1.Be pursuing a degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts/Arts/Media with advanced graphic design skills, able to work with Photoshop and other similar software packages to edit and perfect videos and images for social media and online marketing use. Ability to design online banners and promotional materials (brochures, flyers)

2.Be a savvy connoisseur of social media channels for marketing and promotional use

3.Have structured thinking and extremely solid organizational skills, able to multi‐task and to work in a fast‐paced dynamic and constantly changing environment

4.Have an irrational passion for travel in South East Asia

5.Be a social butterfly and a people’s person – extrovert, easy going and open to meeting new people, interact with guests and participate in social gatherings

6. Master the English language – quasi native, both written and spoken, and the language of social media respecting the company’s culture and values

7. Hands‐on person, ready to lend a hand to the rest of the team on whatever event‐related tasks

A paid trip to Thailand to be part of our Sail Spin on the ground support team either in March/April or in May 2013!
