Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Launching, managing and monitoring CRM acquisition campaigns.
- Tracking and improving email performances in collecting data such as delivery, hard/ soft bounces, open and click-through rates.
- Providing weekly reports and in-depth data analysis to the CEOs and Country Managers.
- Developing CRM strategy and providing action plans and recommendations to the top management.
- Benchmarking competition and applying CRM best practices of the e-commerce industry.
- Conducting short and long-terms CRM projects to improve the results.
- Possibility of being involved in other Marketing projects
- Excellent analytical and deductive skills
- Have a perfect command of both written and spoken English
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Passion for Digital Marketing and E-commerce
- Fast-learner and able to take initiatives
- Proactive and adaptable, able to work within a fast-paced environment
- First experience in CRM or Digital Marketing will be a plus
