Stirring Hearts is a social enterprise who provides design and production of handmade greeting cards and gifts, wedding stationery and corporate invitations.

We believe in card-making for a good cause, which is why we partner companies and Voluntary and Welfare Organisatiosn (VWOs) to create employment for the disadvantaged and fulfill corporate needs at the same time. We also run hands-on crafts workshops for staff, union members, students and more.

======= Job Scope =======

- Correspond with customers

- Process orders

- Perform quality check, photo-taking and packaging of products

- Preparation and support for events such as workshops

- Updating of SH website, FaceBook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media platforms

- Updating receipts into accounting records

- Assist in formulating sales plan

- Follow-up with prospective corporate clients through calls, emails and meetings

- Prepare quotations and proposals that address clients’ needs and lead to sales closure (commission scheme applicable)

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

======= Job Requirements =======

- You should be pursuing a Degree in a Business-related course

- Responsible, self-motivated, resourceful, independent and pro-active

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Familiar with Online Social Media Platforms
