Job Description
At Stirring Hearts (SH), we come alongside to create heartwarming moments through our handmade greeting cards and gifts, wedding stationery and corporate invitations. We believe in card-making for a good cause, which is why we partner companies to create employment for the needy and fulfill corporate needs at the same time. To promote work-life balance, we also run creative hands-on workshops for staff, union members and more.
SH is a recipient of the SPRING Singapore Young Entrepreneurs Start-up (YES!) Scheme. We was featured in Mediacorp Channel 8 and Channel U prime time news in Dec 2010, and The Straits Times newspaper in Jan 2011.
With the support of SPRING, Singapore Polytechnic, Customers & all stakeholders, SH is experiencing exciting development & expansion.
======= Job Scope =======
Duties:
- Correspond with customers
- Process orders
- Perform quality check, photo-taking and packaging of products
- Preparation and support for events such as workshops
- Handle purchase of supplies
- Updating of SH website and Facebook page
- Updating receipts into accounting records
- Others as assigned
======= Job requirements =======
- Min. ‘O’ Levels & above
- Responsible, resourceful, meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Singaporeans & PR may apply
