Job Description

The HR, TMOE team is primarily responsible for the overall Service Culture & Experience training and Talent Management & Development planning for more than 40,000 associates at 250 hotels across the entire Asia Pacific You will support the team in both project and developmental aspects of Talent Management, Organizational Culture and Brand Service Culture.

You will ideally be a highly motivated undergraduate in HR or Hospitality & Tourism with strong communication and organization skills. You would possess strong Excel and Powerpoint skills and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
