Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a high potential intern who is passionate and keen to establish long term career in the hospitality industry.
The intern will work for the Starwood Asia Pacific Human Resources Recruitment team based in the Singapore office.
- You will support the recruitment of executive personnel in the Sales & Marketing department across Asia Pacific, and will be responsible for talent mapping of critical roles
- You will also assist in the administration of Starwood Mentor Program and HotReferrals (Refer a Colleague) Program
- You will manage the Sales & Marketing recruitment metrics on property level and coordinate, track & manage project implementation for selected sales initiative
- You will also assist in the preparation of various reports & PowerPoint presentations, as well as support/drive other ad-hoc projects when needed
You will ideally be a proactive undergraduate in Business
Administration with a keen interest in the Sales & Marketing sector. You should also possess the following:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter with strong organizational & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented & deadline-sensitive
- Take initiative & act quickly to support and deliver projects in a professional manner
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude
- Good Team Player
