Job Description

They are looking for a Finance and Admin Executive to join their company! This multinational company is dominant in Asia and Europe; this means that you will constantly be learning how such a successful company functions during your time here! Your Task
Data Entry & Invoicing for various data(eg. sales) and invoices issued to partners.
Prepare & Assist in day to day Admin operations at the headquarters, as well as support sales & distribution of the brand inventories and services provided by Sonnamera.
Prepare monthly billing reports to customers & account receivable functions
Liaise with sales & Logistics team to help coordinate new inventories, outgoing inventories and monthly sales/ stocks etc.
Perform other Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and administrative work.
