About the job:
You will assist and support our HR Executive in:
Hiring- (incl. recruitment), relocation- and exit procedures
HR database maintenance
Liaising with Finance for items such as payroll, new hires, relocation and leavers
General HR Admin duties
Validating the local input in HR policies and procedures, including employee handbook, travel & expense policy, and other HR processes and documents
Managing a smooth processing of immigration (Visas/Employment Passes/Work Permits)
Coordinating on-boarding at client side
Contributing in HR Projects

What we expect:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources
- HR internship or work experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
