Job description
Sustainable Development Intern role is to uphold our commitments and maintain excellent relations with our local client, local council administration and legislation and local governmental bodies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Undertaking initiatives to manage the Social and Economic impacts of our activities (related to training / employment and supply chain), in compliance with Sodexo and client Sustainable Development policies.
• Mobilizing internal stakeholders and liaising with external stakeholders (city council, associations and organization) in the development and implementation of programs and initiatives.
• Sharing expertise on corporate responsibility.
• Developing and managing plans to support operations and business development.
• Measuring and reporting progress to Sodexo and client Management.
Profile
In order to succeed, your profile should have:
• Degree-level education in sustainable development engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of Sustainable Development / corporate responsibility in the context of achieving business objectives.
• Experience in project management – proposal / action plan/ coordination of multiple dept
• Problem solving skills, pro-activity and analytical skills are required to provide solution oriented recommendations.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Ready to spend time on site
